Refund policy

At LocalMerch.store, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Because many of our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee exchanges for sizing issues or buyer's remorse. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will gladly provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
